These are just a few of the truths revealed in Twitter this week.<\/p>\n<p>And remember, even if you\u2019ve used Excel for years, you still might stumble onto an exciting feature you didn\u2019t know about.<\/p>\n<h3>Data Wasteland<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Another of my favourite interview questions: Make a chart in excel as if you were presenting to a client. Incredibly happy.<\/li>\n<li>NERD-RAVE: I just discovered &#8220;New Window&#8221; in Excel under the view, it allows me to view multiple tabs on my spreadsheet AT THE SAME TIME \u2026<\/li>\n<li>get numerous excel sheets on your screen and just stare at them, then switch between them occasionally, makes you look busy<\/li>\n<li>Why does Excel help have a workaround for a watermark? Why not just create a watermark feature? Lazy Microsoft.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Evil Pivot Tables<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Hey Excel Users! GETPIVOTDATA is EVIL! Please don&#8217;t use it, or if you do, use it wisely.<\/li>\n<li>At a table full of accountants. Told a joke about pivot tables. I&#8217;m out of material.<\/li>\n<li>DAMMIT!! Why can&#8217;t you search a drop down list in a pivot table without having to scroll thru all kazillion entries!?!? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr<\/li>\n<li>Pivot table, hot sauce, and a noodle bowl. Who&#8217;s sweating more, me or the cpu? <a href=\"http:\/\/yfrog.com\/0271xj\">http:\/\/yfrog.com\/0271xj<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Death by Spreadsheet<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>just set up an excel spreadsheet to calculate my #eurovision favourites based on multiple scoring criteria&#8230; iceland ahead at 163 pts<\/li>\n<li>You could make an excel spreadsheet which calculates the average annual death rate from excel spreadsheet use.<\/li>\n<li>I now have so many rooster paintings that I am making an excel spreadsheet to alphabetically keep track of the names. Life&#8217;s not fair.<\/li>\n<li>My boss has brought a mistake to my attention. Twice. I have informed him that he was in fact checking the wrong column in Excel.
