Excel Twitter 20100703
Hope you’re enjoying the holiday weekend — the perfect time to play Excel Battleship or Spreadsheet Monopoly!
Here are today’s Excel tweets, and if you’d like to try some Excel games, I’ve added links at the end of this post.
- Slow day at work; the two girls next to me are playing Excel Battleship against each other 🙂
- Can I just say that pivot tables in Excel are wicked awesome!
- There is nothing quite like starring at a spreadsheet for 3 days straight. It really changes your perspective on life…or lack there of.
- I just felt physically dizzy from staring at a particularly offensively-formatted spreadsheet.
- Just spent an hour trying to get a bunch of data organised in Excel. VLOOKUP started failing & I realised I could do it all in a pivot table
- 3rd cup of coffee, 2nd load of laundry, 4th excel spreadsheet… productive so far on my day off.
- My spreadsheet has given me a circular reference on a blank cell. I believe my Excel is possessed.
- Spent an hour doing a jazzy spreadsheet (so the wife can say she did it and impress her work). Happy is a man whose work is also his hobby
- supermariobroscrossover- “When your boss comes by, pause the game and swap back to the Excel spreadsheet. Repeat until 5pm”
- There’s an Excel based “Spreadsheet Monopoly”!! And employers think they’re boosting productivity by blocking facebook
- a man who makes excel spreadsheets work for him in his quest to discover the perfect steak frites in Northern hotels.
- I have no idea how they work. Trying to rejig one for my boss who is more incompetent at excel than me. Urgh.
- My Boss recently completed ‘Excel for Dummies”. Now, the rest of us are reading “The Dummy Unleashed.”
- Does anyone in DC NOT have a color-coded spreadsheet with every happy hour in the city on it?
- from an IT perspective, you’re dead to me. But can you still help me with that deck and spreadsheet tonight?
